You would love the space if you are into old school steakhouses and dark interiors. Not my cup of. Our server was really nice. The steak salad was good. The salad portion was huge. They are famous for the butter croissant that they bring to the table.
Overview
Brookwood Grill at 880 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell, GA 30076, United States is one of those hidden gems that locals swear by, and once you experience it, youβll understand why. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of grilled favorites and fresh ingredients wraps around you, creating a welcoming and casual vibe that makes it perfect for family dinners, date nights, or just a laid-back lunch with friends. On a recent visit, I was struck by how well the space balances a modern feel with the warmth of a classic diner, which sets it apart from typical chain restaurants.
The menu at Brookwood Grill offers a wide variety of options that cater to every palate. One of my favorites is their signature grilled chicken sandwich, which is always perfectly seasoned and served with a side of crispy hand-cut fries. What I appreciate most is how consistently fresh the ingredients are-this is not fast food masquerading as gourmet; you can taste the care in every bite. For seafood lovers, the blackened salmon is a standout, grilled to perfection and paired with a medley of seasonal vegetables. During a weekend brunch, I sampled their avocado toast topped with locally sourced eggs, and it was nothing short of exceptional.
Service here deserves a mention too. The staff strikes a fine balance between attentive and unobtrusive. On my visit, I noticed how the team anticipated needs-refilling drinks without being prompted and offering recommendations when someone was unsure about the menu. This level of attentiveness enhances the dining experience and demonstrates a professional understanding of guest satisfaction. In fact, according to a survey conducted by the National Restaurant Association, diners place service quality nearly as high as food quality when rating a restaurant, and Brookwood Grill clearly understands that dynamic.
One feature that sets this Roswell hotspot apart is its dedication to creating a community-oriented atmosphere. Whether itβs hosting local events or sourcing ingredients from nearby farms, the restaurant feels connected to its surroundings. I recall attending a small wine-tasting event here, where the chef explained the sourcing process behind each dish. Not only did it provide transparency, but it also highlighted their commitment to quality, which is often missing in other mid-sized grill locations.
Reviews from other patrons often praise the balance between classic comfort foods and innovative dishes. For instance, their burger selection combines traditional favorites with creative toppings, and the seasonal specials often bring a fresh twist to otherwise familiar items. Experts in the culinary field, like those from Eater Atlanta, frequently highlight Brookwood Grill for maintaining this equilibrium between innovation and familiarity, which can be difficult to achieve without sacrificing flavor.
Another aspect that contributes to a standout dining experience is the restaurant layout. The seating arrangement allows for intimate conversations while still accommodating larger groups, and the dΓ©cor reflects a thoughtful approach to ambiance. Personally, I noticed that the natural lighting during lunchtime enhances the appeal of the dishes, making every plate look Instagram-worthy without the need for heavy filters. This attention to detail shows not just an understanding of food but also the dining experience as a whole.
Brookwood Grill also makes it convenient for both locals and visitors with its prime location at 880 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell, GA 30076, United States. Ample parking, easy access from main roads, and proximity to local attractions make it a reliable choice for those planning a spontaneous meal or a planned gathering. Over multiple visits, Iβve observed that even during peak hours, the team manages operations smoothly, minimizing wait times and maintaining the quality of each dish served.
Whether youβre drawn by the thoughtfully curated menu, the friendly atmosphere, or the consistent quality that keeps patrons returning, Brookwood Grill is more than just a place to eat-itβs a dining experience that feels personal, authentic, and satisfying every single time. From juicy steaks to fresh salads and decadent desserts, itβs easy to see why this Roswell favorite has earned such a loyal following.

I've been here a few time for company luncheon. A great atmosphere. My favorite appetizers are the Spicy Crab Dip and Chicken Skewers. You've can't go wrong with either. I've had the Brookwood Club and Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta but my favorite is the Chicken Tenders Platter. A MUST TRY!!! So, far... everything I've eaten taste great and is properly seasoned.
Crista was our server for a party of 11. She was amazing and she made sure our food came out quickly. We order appetizers artichoke dip, salmon hush puppies. The croissants are so fluffy and soft, came out so hot and fresh. For my meal I had Blackened Salmon with asparagus and jasmine rice. The other photos are what the table order. Chicken tender salad, chicken shrimp pasta.
Stopped by for an early dinner, We went to the bar and grabbed a booth,James our server/ bartender came right over told us all about the menu and specials for the evening, he did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to talk to. I did a Salmon BLT which was incredible so good I forgot to get a picture. My wife had the French dip without the bun and she said it was perfect. They were very accommodating on substituting items on their menu. I would highly recommend stopping in and enjoying a great night out.
This was a wonderful restaurant! The food was delicious and the Chicken Tender Salad was Huge!! We also had Swordfish and ravioli with lobster sauce. Key Lime pie for desert. Ryan, our waiter was excellent... great customer care! Give it a try when you're in the area! Stewy recommended! @postcardsfromstewy
Very good experience, the only thing I would change is that the twin steaks come on top of Texas toast, with the mushroom gravyβ¦.and itβs justβ¦.soggy and strange, Iβve never seen anything like it. Everything else was great, the calamari was one of the best Iβve had in Atlanta, the spinach artichoke dip was just as it should be, salads fresh, steak cooked as requested (good quality meat). My partner also really enjoyed the twin chicken meal. We will definitely be back.
Had an excellent experience , food was all fantastic !! I had the special with the bourbon salmon with scalps and blackened shrimp. I was not the biggest fan of the sauce on the scallops but the cook and quality were really good! The French onion soup was also super delicious!
Ate dinner last Saturday and I must sayβ¦it was excellent. We didnβt know exactly what to expect, but our first experience was wonderful. Our server, Derek was spot on! We never went βneedingβ anything. He knew the menu and answered all questions without hesitation. The food was plentiful and delicious. I only uploaded one photo, but you get the idea. My friendβs sole special was dwarfed by our orders, but he said it was incredible. The atmosphere was what youβd expect and the place was clean. We headed over to the lounge after dinner. The entertainment was some dude playing the keyboard and singing. Perfect for the environment and clientele.
